Quadessy is a radiofrequency microneedling platform from Classys, the Korean manufacturer behind the Ultraformer HIFU range. Fine needles deliver fractional bipolar RF energy into the dermis, while surface electrodes on the tip preheat the upper skin before the needles fire. Controlled thermal energy is distributed across multiple depths in a single pass, designed to stimulate collagen and elastin remodelling over the weeks that follow. For this client’s combination of textural unevenness and mild laxity, Quadessy was a reasonable match. The treatment plan
