HYDRAFACIAL EXFOLIATE, EXTRACT, HYDRATE
A non-invasive, three-step skin treatment designed to cleanse, decongest and hydrate the skin in a single 30–45-minute session — individual results vary.

A RESET FOR EVERYDAY SKIN
HOW HYDRAFACIAL WORKS
Hydrafacial uses a patented Vortex-Fusion handpiece with a spiral-edged tip. In a single pass, it exfoliates the skin’s surface, lifts debris from pores with controlled vacuum, and infuses hydrating serums.
Cleanse and Peel
A mild glycolic and salicylic acid solution is delivered through the spiral tip to loosen the outer layer of dead skin and prepare the pores. This step is designed to reveal a fresher skin surface without abrasive scrubbing.

Extract and Hydrate
Vortex vacuum suction lifts out loosened debris, sebum and congestion — while a hydrating solution is flushed into the same channel. A final booster or antioxidant serum is infused to finish. No manual squeezing, no needles, no injection.

WHY CHOOSE HYDRAFACIAL AT FLOURISH
Hydrafacial is a maintenance-tier treatment — it’s designed for ongoing skin quality, not for correcting deeper concerns like atrophic scarring or skin laxity. It’s non-invasive. There are no needles and no energy delivery, and most clients return to normal activities straight after. The Hydrafacial device is included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods through Hydrafacial Australia and New Zealand Pty Ltd.
At Flourish, Hydrafacial is offered at both Sunnybank and Toowong. Pricing is published below and is the same at both locations. We’ll help you choose between Signature, Deluxe and Platinum at your first appointment — based on what your skin needs, not what we’d prefer to sell. Prices are published in full. No pressure to commit to a package on the day.

FAQ
Is Hydrafacial suitable for me?
Hydrafacial is a non-invasive, topical treatment suitable for a wide range of skin types. It’s commonly chosen by clients looking to maintain clearer, more hydrated skin between more intensive treatments, or ahead of a specific event. Suitability — including choice of booster and any skin sensitivities — is confirmed at your appointment. Hydrafacial is not recommended during active cold sores, active severe inflammatory acne, recent sunburn, or within the washout period following certain medications or in-clinic treatments. Individual results vary.
Does it hurt? Is there any downtime?
Hydrafacial does not pierce the skin and doesn’t use needles, laser or RF energy. Most clients describe the sensation as cool and slightly tingling — not painful. Downtime is typically minimal: mild redness and a freshly cleansed feeling for a few hours. Makeup can usually be reapplied after 12 hours; we recommend 24 hours for best serum absorption. Most clients return to normal activities straight after.
How many sessions will I need?
A single Hydrafacial delivers a visible reset for many clients. For ongoing skin quality, a maintenance cadence of every 4 weeks is commonly recommended — aligned with the skin’s natural renewal cycle. More sensitive or drier skin may space to every 6–8 weeks. For specific concerns like mild-to-moderate acne, a clarifying course over 8–12 weeks may be discussed at consultation.
What's the difference between Signature, Deluxe and Platinum?
Signature is the core three-step Hydrafacial — cleanse and peel, extract and hydrate, fuse and protect. Deluxe adds a targeted booster serum customised to your concern (brightening, clarifying, age-refinement or firming). Platinum includes a lymphatic drainage pass at the start plus LED light therapy at the end. We’ll help you choose at your appointment based on your skin and time budget — Signature is typically 30 minutes, Platinum closer to 60.
Are there any contraindications?
Hydrafacial is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding (some protocols may be modified at clinical discretion), during an active cold sore outbreak, on sunburnt or broken skin, with active severe inflammatory acne, or if you have a known allergy to any serum ingredient (including salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or shellfish-derived actives in some boosters). A full contraindication check is completed at your appointment. [DEV-NOTE: client to confirm Hydrafacial pregnancy policy and isotretinoin washout period (3 or 6 months) — wording can be tightened once confirmed.]
What's included in the price?
The listed price covers the full session — cleanse, peel, extraction, hydration and a finishing serum — plus a short skin check-in with your clinician. The Deluxe and Platinum tiers include additional boosters and add-ons as listed. Prices are published in full. Payment is taken on the day.
Who performs the treatment?
Hydrafacial at Flourish is performed by trained Hydrafacial-certified clinicians at both Sunnybank and Toowong. [DEV-NOTE: client to confirm whether delivery is by Registered Nurses or Hydrafacial-certified dermal therapists at each location; update wording accordingly — HANDOVER specifies practitioner attribution must match reality.]
